Your delivery address cannot be changed for an order that has already been placed. However, you can change your delivery address just before making your order at the checkout page. To do so, just click on the “Delivery Address” bar at the checkout page:
- You will have the option to choose an existing delivery address (simply select it by clicking on it), add a new one (click on “Add New Address”) or modify an existing one (click on the pencil-shaped icon on the top-right corner of each address)
- Then you can simply add or edit the details of your address and click on “save and continue” once you’re done!
Can I modify my address before making an order?
Yes, you can modify or add new addresses directly on your account page.
To do so, please do the following:
Go to your Account;
Under the “My Account” tab, you will see your address. You have the option to add a new address (clicking on the button “New Address”) or to edit an existing one, simply clicking on the button “Edit”:
- If you click on “Edit”, you will be able to modify information concerning your address:
Once you’re done, simply click on “Add address” and your modifications will be saved.
