Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order after you have placed it.
To do so, please contact our Customer Service department by dialing 1639 or sending an email to email@example.com, and we will do it for you.
Our Customer Service team operates on the following working hours: Monday to Friday 9AM – 9 PM, Saturday 9 AM - 6 PM. Customer Service does not operate on Sundays and public holidays.
If you paid in advance with your Credit Card, PayPal or LINE Pay, we will proceed to process your refund after you have canceled your order.
Conditions to cancel an order
Cancellations will not be accepted after any package in your order has been packed at the ZALORA or seller's warehouse (which usually happens within 2 working days after you have placed the order).
Also, we don't accept cancellations on items "sold by international seller" (Click here to know more about items sold by international sellers)
Can I cancel only certain items in my order?
No, unfortunately we can only accept cancellations of the whole order. However, you can still return the items in your order that you don’t want!
