Can I exchange the item I received for a new one?
Yes, you can choose to exchange your item for a new one if you want to change the size or colour of your item. However, we are not able to exchange the item itself. If you want to exchange your item for a different item, you can return your item and make a new order.
Exchanges at ZALORA are completely free of charge. The exchanged product must be in its original condition, unused with tags still on, and in the original brand packaging (if applicable). Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of receipt.

ZALORA reserves the right to not accept exchanges on the following items:
- Beauty products and cosmetics
- Shoe care products
- Products from the brand "Anchavika", "Curated", "himandher", "KEMISSARA", "Lovebird", "Munchu's", "Rudimentary", "Something Boudoir", "Sretsis", "Sretsis Jewellery"
